Sheila Long, Certified Exchange Specialist™, is Vice President and Regional Sales Executive for Old Republic Exchange for California, Arizona, and Nevada. Sheila received her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies from Arizona State University and has a Certificate of Achievement in Speech-Communication. She has over 25 years of real estate experience in diverse roles across both residential and commercial real estate.

Sheila is an affiliate of several Realtor Associations, acting as the Affiliate Chair for Silicon Valley Association of Realtors, a member of the Commercial Real Estate Services Committee for the Scottsdale Association of Realtors, an active Board Member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators, and a Board member for her local CCIM Chapter.

She enjoys spending her time teaching and educating about the 1031 Exchange process, including classes for Realtors, Escrow Agents, CPAs, and Board Associations.
