Lori De Martini is a California attorney and President of Old Republic Exchange Company. Ms. De Martini received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California at Davis and graduated, cum laude, with a J.D. degree from Empire School of Law in California. She is a member of the California State Bar and the Taxation Section of the American Bar Association. Before becoming President of OR Exchange, she served as Corporate Counsel. Prior to that, Ms. De Martini served as Vice President and Claims Counsel for Old Republic Title Company handling escrow and title insurance claims and litigation, and also served as a Commercial Closing Attorney for a national underwriter.
